There are now great alternatives to substitute feta cheese. If substitutes are not an option, mix tofu with rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper. Tastes great too. Alternatively, I have another recipe  for you on my Instagram channel.

For all guacamole lovers:

Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, chili, and garlic. Just as easy and tasty.

Once the green feta has been crushed, it also tastes great as a dip. Either you process the sauce further or you serve the dip with bread. However, vegan baked feta ist great. 

Which pasta is the right one?

Personally, I’m a huge fan of spelled pasta. It is healthy, tasty and very cheap as well. Whole grain noodles are also recommended. For all protein lovers: try chickpea or lentil pasta.

 ½ Avocado
 50 g Vegan feta
 1 tbsp Salt
 1 tbsp Pepper
Remaining Ingredients for the Sauce
 100 g Cherry tomatoes
 50 g Olives
 30 g Cashews
 15 ml Olive oil
 1 tbsp dried herbs
 Juice of a half lemon
Toppings
 50 g Cherry tomatoes
 Fresh basil
 1 tsp Pepper
 1 tsp Chili
 1 tsp Salt
 200 g Pasta of choice

Schritte

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

2. Mash the avocado and feta cheese together and season with salt and pepper.

3. Now put all ingredients except the toppings in a baking pan and bake for 30 minutes.

4. Then add the pasta and season with basil, chilli, salt and pepper.
