Super healthy and fast Porridge Bounty bowl

This recipe is perfect for all porridge lovers. This bounty bowl variant tastes pretty good to me, it is quick to prepare and super healthy.

warm or cold?

All you need for a good porridge:

You can also heat the base in the pot. So you have an exciting mixture with cold yogurt and the warm porridge.

Coconuts have a lot of calories, but they are rich in: iron, potassium, magnesium and calcium. So for sure: YES.

Porridge is on my daily menu. I love the consistency, the taste and the variety.

Protein powder yes or no?

I am a big fan of this. Protein powder, help me for my daily needs. My recommendation is 30 grams per day.

I prefer to eat protein powder with nice cream, my porridge, as a post workout shake or for a pizza bases :)
