You need the following Ingredients

The cream should be whipped until stiff and the baking pan greased. (As little as possible)

If you want to do without fat completely, buy a silicone mold. It works wonderfully.

Otherwise, not much can go wrong with this recipe. The main thing is that you don’t forget the starch, because this ensures that the cake does not fall apart.

If you don’t have a vanilla pudding to choose from, take the following.

35g corn starch and a teaspoon vanilla extract.

This recipe tastes gigantic and is the perfect snack for everyone who wants to eat consciously but don’t want to forego taste.

No curd?

No problem.

Buy 1000g soy yogurt, put a paper towel in a bowl, pour the yogurt over it, and let the liquid drain off. After a few hours in the refrigerator, you will have a curd cheese.

 150 g Vegan cream
 140 g Erythritol or sweetener of choice
 1 package vanilla custard powder
 1 tsp Vanilla extract
 1 tsp Vanilla zest
Toppings
 50 g Vegan cream
 50 g Strawberries

1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.

2. Line the 20cm round baking pan with baking paper and lightly grease it.

3. Whip the vegan cream until stiff and put about 1/4 to one side (later topping)

4. Put the remaining ingredients in a bowl and fold in 3/4 of the cream.

5. Bake the cheesecake for about 50 minutes until it is golden brown on the outside.

6. Let cool, serve with cream and strawberries and enjoy.
