Peanut Butter Cookies: American Classic

By: Gian Sibilia

Big, round, soft and buttery: This is how American cookies should be! American pastries are no longer only available in the USA – the delicious peanut biscuits are popular all over the world. Small drop of bitterness: the original recipe is anything but vegan. The good news: With a few tricks, this can be changed very quickly. For example, did you know that butter can generally be easily replaced with peanut butter? Also, peanut butter just makes everything better and I’m a big fan of it. Eggs, sugar, and wheat, which are common ingredients in American peanut butter cookies, can also be replaced with healthier versions. Tastes at least as good, but is much better for the conscience.

The special thing about my peanut butter cookies

Why you should try my Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe? Here are three good reasons that will definitely convince you:

1. Sugar-free Peanut Butter Cookies: By using erythritol, we save a lot of calories because the sugar substitute contains virtually no energy. The cookies will still be sweet enough, I promise!

2. No Egg Peanut Butter Cookies: You can simply omit the eggs in this recipe. Because the combination of spelled flour, peanut butter and almond milk has a good binding capacity.

3. Healthy peanut butter cookies: As you know from my recipes, this creation is also as healthy as possible. Spelled instead of wheat, erythritol instead of sugar, peanut butter instead of butter and no animal fats – here you can buy with a good feeling.

If that hasn’t convinced you to fire up the oven straight away: the taste will blow you away at the latest. So let’s get to the delicious peanut butter cookies!
