Introduction
Vegan Christmas dessert
By: Gian Sibilia
All we really need for this great vegan Christmas dessert is cocoa powder and a ripe persimmon. Simply cut the persimmon into small pieces and add the cocoa powder.
For all people who do not have a high-performance mixer at home, add plant-based milk as required until the mixer starts his job.

Ingredients
- 1 kaki (persimmon)
- 20g cocoa powder
The vegan dessert is also suitable as breakfast. For this you can serve the dish with granola and berries. You can put the dish in a really cool and unique way. If you want it even more Christmassy, you can add a teaspoon of gingerbread spice or, for all protein lovers, you can also add hazelnut protein powder. There are no limits to your imagination 😉
