If you’re looking for a quick pizza dough, you’ve come to the right place. The pizza recipe is made with dry yeast. The dough still rises very quickly, even though we do not use fresh yeast.

  • 175ml lukewarm water
  • 5g dried yeast
  • 270g spelt flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 15ml olive oil
  • 50g tomato sauce
  • Veggies of choice
  • 30g vegan cheese

What do you have to know to make this pizza dough recipe? The dry yeast should be briefly dissolved in lukewarm water and after this happened add the remaining ingredients. The quick pizza dough is then kneaded for just a few minutes and placed in a warm place. The dry yeast makes it possible and the pizza dough is enlarged within a very short time and is perfect for further processing. Personally, I like to use spelled flour, I find it practical for baking and more nutrient-rich than normal wheat flour. Whichever way you choose, the pizza dough recipe also works with wheat flour.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Mix lukewarm water with dry yeast and set aside for 5 Minutes.

Step 2

Add flour, oil and salt. Knete for a few Minutes and let it rest for 5 minutes (On a warm place)


Step 3

Now roll out the pizza dough on baking paper (it is best to use some flour so that the dough does not stick)

Step 4

Add tomato sauce, veggies of choice and vegan cheese and bake for 15 Minutes at 220 degrees in your preheated oven.

Step 5

Garnish with fresh basil or spring onions.
