Fast vegan cookie – 1 minute recipe

Who of you often craves delicious, soft cookies but doesn’t feel like standing in the kitchen for 40 minutes? At least that’s how I feel often. My craving for cookies usually arises in the evening and at this time I definitely don’t want to stand in the kitchen for long. If you feel that way too, this recipe is perfect for you, because it’s ready in 2 minutes.


1 minute cookie


  • 1/2 Banana
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 5g Chocolate Chunks

I prefer to use spelt flour. When baking, it behaves similarly to wheat flour, but it is a lot ahead of its big brother in terms of nutritional values. For the banana, I recommend ripe, dotted bananas. These bring a great sweetness and are easier to process. By the way, have you ever tried making peanut butter yourself? Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Mash the banana until creamy.

Step 2

Add 1 tbsp peanut butter and 2 tbsp spelt flour. 


Step 3

Mix together and transfer to a plate with parchment paper.

Step 4

Shape a circle, add chocolate chunks and microwave for 1 Minute.

Step 5

Let it cool down for 2 Minutes and enjoy 🙂
