Granola Bars

These Granola Bars are super healthy, super fast and delicious :)

Homemade granola bars?

You need the following Ingredients

In my opinion, there is nothing easier than making your own bars. You don’t even need a suitable silicone mold, any normal baking mold is also suitable for this, you can simply cut the bars into suitable pieces with a knife afterwards. Personally, I like it when the bars have their great look, so I use a suitable silicone mold.

What kind of puffed grain?

That is really up to you. Theoretically, you can also use oatmeal, personally I like the puffed grain because it makes the bar so crunchy.

My recommendations, spelled, amaranth and quinoa.

This recipe is also ideal for all protein lovers.

Granola bar protein lovers :D

Add 20g of my favorite Nutrition plus powder, salted caramel and 20 ml of water. Heat with the puffed grain and nut butter, and the protein bars are ready :)

Toppings:

The granola bar can be wonderfully wrapped in chocolate, depending on your mood, you can add nut pieces, coconut flakes or dried berries to the still liquid chocolate.

 50 g puffed grains
 3 tbsp nut butter of choice
 3 tbsp agave syrup
Schokoladenschicht
 30 g dark chocolate

1. Briefly heat the nut butter and agave syrup and stir until creamy.

2. Add the puffed grain and stir.

3. Spread the dough evenly in a baking pan or silicone mold.

4. Pour the melted chocolate over the bars.

5. Let cool in the refrigerator for half an hour and portion into 6 equal pieces.
