We only need a few ingredients for this great recipe. Most people will only know tahini in connection with hummus, but sesame can do a lot more. I think it’s really great and it tastes great with the chocolate and gingerbread spice.

list of ingredients

In this recipe, it is important to melt the chocolate properly. When prepared correctly, the healthy chocolate bars are extremely fudgy and delicious. My personal tip is to melt the chocolate over a water bath. Make sure that the bowl does not touch the water and is only heated by the steam. As soon as the chocolate melts, you can start folding in the tahini. Incidentally, the healthy chocolate bar recipe can be easily expanded, there are no limits to your imagination.
