Vegan Scrambled Egg

Vegan scrambled eggs. Basically, my philosophy is not to replace any animal products 1 to 1, but this alternative is 99% close to the original. Try the vegan scrambled eggs.

How does the egg taste come about?

You don't need that much for preparing a vegan scrambled egg

The most important ingredient in this dish is definitely kala namak. The sulfur salt has an amazing taste of its own and, when properly prepared, is the perfect spice for vegan egg dishes.

But how does the egg get fluffy? As you can see in the picture, the dish looks rather dry without yogurt. As soon as all the spices have been added to the pan and the tofu has turned color, take the pan off the heat, stir in the yogurt and serve the great vegan scrambled eggs.

So far I have been able to convince a great many people with this dish. Anyone who actually craves egg dishes is in good hands with this recipe.

Then serve the vegan scrambled eggs with bread and hummus or margarine.

Zutaten für das vegane Rührei
 200 g Tofu
 1 Onion
 1 tbsp Oil
 1 tsp Pepper
 1 tsp Salt
 1 tsp Turmeric
 ½ tsp Kala Namak
 1 tsp Chili
Fürs Servieren
 3 Cherry tomatoes
 2 Pieces bread
 1 tsp Salt and pepper, optional

Schritte

1. Put the oil in the pan, roast the onions and crumble the tofu.

2. Add all remaining spices (yoghurt at the end), mix together.

3. Remove the scrambled eggs from the pan, stir in the yogurt and serve with bread and margarine.
