Ingredients

  • 400 g frozen cauliflower
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 150 ml almond milk
  • 20 g protein powder (optional)

Toppings

  • 50 g sugarfree granola
  • 1 banana
  • 20 g peanut butter
  • 20 g chocolate

Instructions

  • Mix frozen cauliflower, bananas, almond milk, cocoa powder and optional protein powder together until creamy.
  • If it is too thick, add more almond milk. If it is too liquid, add more cocoa powder or frozen cauliflower
  • Once creamy, transfer to a bowl.
  • Add granola, banana, chocolate, peanut butter or my cardamom nutella.
  • Enjoy this super tasty dish.
