Ingredients

  • 50 g spelt flour
  • 25 g cocoa powder
  • 25 g chocolate protein powder
  • 80 ml almond milk
  • 50 g mashed banana
  • 20 ml coconut oil
  • 30 g erythritol
  • 1/2 tsp orange zest
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp gingerbread spice
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Mix all of the dry ingredients.
  • Melt the coconut oil in the microwave and mix it with the liquid ingredients.
  • Now stir into a dough and spread the dough onto the wafers with a tablespoon. The dough is enough for about 8 gingerbread cookies.
  • Bake the gingerbread for 13 minutes at 180 degrees.
  • Cover the finished gingerbread with chocolate as you wish.
