About this cauliflower chocolate bowl

Only a few ingredients that lead to a super delicious bowl. Cauliflower is really an all-rounder and you can hardly taste it. Totally chocolaty, super refreshing and incredibly quick to make. It’s best to buy frozen cauliflower, it saves us a lot of time. After all, we don’t want to spend ages in the kitchen in the morning, do we? 😉




  • 400g frozen cauliflower
  • 2 ripe bananas 
  • 30g cocoa powder
  • 150ml almond milk 
  • 20g protein powder for a high protein version 



For all protein lovers. You can also mix this wonderful cauliflower chocolate bowl with protein powder. I recommend 20g protein powder and the same amount of chocolate powder. The protein powder draws a lot of water and makes the bowl even thicker. My recommendations would be: hazelnut, marzipan or vanilla toffee from

Nutrition for this healthy cauliflower chocolate bowl

When it comes to having a healthy, tasty and quick breakfast, this recipe is perfect. Incidentally, there are numerous minerals and important vitamins in cauliflower.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

In a high food processor, add frozen cauliflower, cocoa powder, ripe bananas and milk. (Optional protein powder)

Step 2

Mix until you get a super creamy consistency. Wont take longer than 2 minutes. 


Step 3

Transfer to two bowls and add Toppings of Choice.

Step 4

Toppings: Sugarfree Granola, raw chocolate chunks, peanut butter or my tasty cardamom nutella.

  • 400 g frozen cauliflower
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 150 ml almond milk
  • 20 g protein powder (optional)


  • 50 g sugarfree granola
  • 1 banana
  • 20 g peanut butter
  • 20 g chocolate


  • Mix frozen cauliflower, bananas, almond milk, cocoa powder and optional protein powder together until creamy.
  • If it is too thick, add more almond milk. If it is too liquid, add more cocoa powder or frozen cauliflower
  • Once creamy, transfer to a bowl.
  • Add granola, banana, chocolate, peanut butter or my cardamom nutella.
  • Enjoy this super tasty dish.
